KidiConnect for Parents is a communication tool developed by VTech that facilitates contact between parents and their children, even from a distance. This application allows seamless interaction from a smartphone or tablet with compatible InnoTab® devices and KidiCom MAX™ by VTech.

The application emphasizes security, as all contacts on the child’s friend list must be approved by parents before any communication can occur. This makes KidiConnect a secure environment for children.

• Age-Appropriate Communication: KidiConnect caters to children of all ages, including those who cannot yet read or write. They can send drawings, photos, voice messages, and more! As they grow, they will also be able to send written messages.
• Group Chat Functionality: Children can participate in group conversations where they can send messages that are visible to multiple friends simultaneously.
• Share Moments Easily: Parents have the option to share their children's photos or drawings on social media directly from the application.
• Fun Customization Options: Users can personalize their KidiConnect avatars with photos or illustrated characters. A variety of stickers and custom messages add to the fun, along with options for voice transformation into different characters.

Using KidiConnect for Parents:

During the setup of the VTech toy, one parent will receive a KidiConnect identifier and password upon registering on the Explor@ Park platform. This parent will be designated as the account manager for KidiConnect and will have the authority to manage the child's friend list.

• This parent can send KidiConnect invitations to friends and family members.
• The account manager can accept or decline friend requests received by the child.

The account manager will automatically be added to the child's friend list. The other parent must register separately for KidiConnect, create an individual account, and request addition to the child's friend list.

Additional Information:

Friends or family members wishing to connect must obtain parental consent. After creating a KidiConnect account, share your identifier with the child's parent so they can send a friend request.
